Single tank pasteurization is small in size, with a small water tank at the bottom. During sterilization, the hot water tank in the water tank is heated to about 85 degrees to carry out the sterilization process. When cooling, the cold water is connected to the water tank, and the hot water in the water tank will flow out together with the cold water. Next time, the cold water will be reheated to 85 degrees to sterilize.
For economical milk drink pasteurization unit, there is a water tank next to the sterilization tank. The water tank is used to hold hot water. During the sterilization process, the water in the hot water tank circulates. When the sterilization is finished and the cooling is finished, the hot water tank is closed, and the cold water pipe is connected to the cold water. The cooling is completed. The hot water in the next sterilization hot water tank will continue to circulate without reheating from the cold water.
