What is better way to clean milk pasteurizer
The following cleaning procedures are generally recommended for milk pasteurization equipment and pipelines.
① Pre rinse with water for 5-8 min.
② Use 75-78 ℃ hot alkaline detergent (if the concentration is 1.2% – 1.5% sodium hydroxide solution) to circulate for 15-20 minutes.
③ Rinse with water for 5 minutes.
④ Use 65-70 ℃ acid detergent (if the concentration is 0.8% – 1.0% nitric acid solution or 2.0% phosphoric acid solution) to circulate for 15-20 minutes.
⑤ Rinse with water for 5 min.
