The right ways to clean milk pasteurizer

The principle of milk pasteurization equipment is that in a certain temperature range, the lower the temperature, the slower the bacterial reproduction; the higher the temperature, the faster the reproduction. But if the temperature is too high, the bacteria will die. Different bacteria have different optimum growth temperature, heat and cold resistance. Pasteurization is actually the use of pathogens is not very heat-resistant characteristics, with appropriate temperature and heat preservation time processing, to kill all of them. Precautions for cleaning milk pasteurizer are as follows:
1. Cleaning pasteurizer is to have sufficient supply of concentrated acid and alkali.
2. The cold homogenization of cleaning pasteurizer is the same as that of cleaning pipeline.
3. Check whether the cooling water is turned on when cleaning the pasteurizer homogenizer. Check whether the liquid level of the evaporation chamber, separation chamber and condensation tower is below the eyepiece when cleaning the single effect falling film machine. If the outlet pressure is not adjusted, make the liquid level below the eyepiece.
4. When the conductivity meter of cleaning circuit of pasteurizer does not change for a long time, check the valve action immediately.
5. Pasteurizer is in low temperature state for a long time, pay attention to check whether the ice water inlet and outlet butterfly valves are closed.
