1. Store at room temperature. Choose the semi-red fresh jujube without injury, in the cool and humid place spread 3 ~ 5 cm thick wet sand, put a layer of fresh jujube, and then spread a layer of wet sand, sand jujube layer, so piled up to 30 cm or so. 2. Cave storage. Fruit bags are best placed vertically on multiple shelves. During storage, attention should be paid to cellar temperature management, and the condition of fruits in bags should be observed regularly. When the original red color of fruits becomes lighter or diseased spots appear, it indicates that the fruits have begun to become soft or rotten, so they should be sold in time. Xiangfen yuan jujube and Toad jujube can be stored for 30-60 days with more than 70% crisp fruit rate. Zanhuang jujube, Jun jujube, Lang jujube and other varieties can be stored for 20 ~ 40 days.
3. Cold storage. The results showed that the lowest temperature above freezing point was the best temperature for most jujube cultivars. According to the determination, the freezing point of fresh jujube is below -2℃ when the semi-red is harvested. In order to avoid freezing injury, the refrigeration temperature of fresh jujube is best controlled at -1℃. The storage method can be punched bags or lined with plastic bags such as cartons, wooden cases and plastic turnover boxes. Hole bag storage is basically the same as the method introduced in cave cave storage. 4. Controlled gas storage. Different varieties of jujube have different requirements for gas composition. Generally speaking, the temperature during air-controlled storage of fresh jujube should be controlled at -1℃ ~ 0℃, and the relative humidity should be above 95%. Oxygen 3% ~ 5%, carbon dioxide <2%. The fruit of air-controlled storage should be treated with anti-corrosion before storage. By using air-controlled storage, xiangfen Yuanjujube, Linfen Tuan Jujube, Yongji Toda jujube, Jian Jujube, Beijing Xifeng Mountain jujube, Dong Jujube, xue Jujube and other storable varieties can be stored for 3.5 ~ 4 months, and Jinsi jujube, Zanhuang jujube, li Jujube and other storable varieties can be stored for 2 ~ 3 months, and the brittle fruit rate is more than 70%.
