The relative humidity is 80-90%. When the humidity is less than 80%, the water inside the potato cubes evaporates and the potato cubes become dehydrated, wilting, shrivelling and coiling. If the humidity in the warehouse is insufficient, a cold storage humidifier can be used for humidification operation. Place hygrometers in the front, middle and back of the warehouse. The hygrometer should be placed in a place that is not affected by condensation water and airflow vibration. The accuracy of the humidity measuring instrument is required to be within ±5%.
4. Suitable storage environment and storage time of sweet potato: suitable storage temperature of sweet potato is 11-14℃, relative humidity is 80-90%, storage cycle is about 6-8 months.
