Workshop size: 1600*650*1750. The system is equipped with SIP components, which can meet the requirements of SIP in aseptic filling.
Its process is commonly: boxes piled up with empty bottle on the tray, the conveyor belt to unload tray machine, remove the tray one by one, the box with the conveyor belt to discharge machine, remove empty bottles from the box, empty the conveyor belt to the washing machine, the clean, and then transported to packing machine, so that the beverage containing bottles into one. The empty bottles taken out from the unloader will be sent to the bottle washer for disinfection and cleaning by another conveyor belt. After the inspection by the bottle tester, they will enter the filling machine and capping machine after meeting the cleaning standards. Drinks are bottled by a bottler. The bottle filled with beverage is sealed by the capping machine and transported to the labeling machine for labeling. After labeling, the bottle is sent to the packing machine for loading into the box and then sent to the pallet stacking machine for stacking on the pallet and sending to the warehouse.
