What about the milk storehouse
Milk silo is a stainless steel container used for low temperature storage of fresh milk. Because the insulation layer is filled between the inner wall and the outer shell, and the mixer is set in the tank, so that the low temperature (about 5℃) fresh milk entering the warehouse can be stored for 24 hours, and the temperature rise does not exceed 2.5℃, so it is widely used for outdoor storage of fresh milk in dairy plants.
The appearance of the equipment is a cylinder, the part of the chamber and the material contact are made of 1Cr18Ni92B plate, the outsourcing plate according to user requirements using 1Cr18Ni92B plate welding passivation treatment or corrugated board.
The side of the warehouse body is equipped with a ladder, the top is equipped with a stainless steel fence, breathing valve, rotating nozzle. The lower part of the silo body is provided with a small chamber, which is equipped with oval manhole, high-speed mixing, inlet and outlet (common), thermometer, pressure transmission, sampling valve, cleaning device. Thermal insulation material is filled between the inner and outer walls of the warehouse (rock wool or polyurethane foam is filled according to customer requirements).
