1. Before the day shift starts, complete the refueling according to the regulations, and check the milk sterilizer and the chain path for foreign matters;
2. Check whether the water level of each tank of the sterilization and bottle warming machine meets the requirements, report the low water level to the maintenance personnel for maintenance and add water in time, and check whether the steam pressure is normal; Flush the grate in the water tank;
3. Start the production procedure and check whether the water pump works normally; Check whether the water spray pipe and nozzle are unblocked;
4. Open the steam cut-off valve and start to heat up. When the temperature of each tank reaches the requirements, the bottle can be entered;
5. Ensure the temperature of each tank and ensure the quality;
6. Ensure that the steam pressure is ≥ 0, 5MPa, and the water pressure is 0, 04-0, 2MPa, and it is forbidden to start if it is lower than the process requirements;
7. Check the net and grate every two hours and wash them in time;
8. After the night shift, first close the steam valve, then close the water pump, and finally turn off the sterilizer and refuel the equipment;
9. Timely dredge the water spray pipe and nozzle after work every day;
10. The water shall be drained regularly. The drain pipe must be used for draining water. The system shall be burnt and descaled regularly.
