Milk Blast cooling machine
Through the direct heat exchange between milk and refrigerant, the pipeline milk blast cooling machine can cool the milk below 4 ℃ in tens of seconds, restrain the growth of bacteria to the maximum extent, retain more active substances in milk, and ensure the best quality of milk.
Because of the use of grain wheel compressor refrigeration unit (air cooling or water cooling optional) and the use of refrigeration medium to directly refrigerate milk, the energy consumption of indirect cooling with refrigerant (water or propylene glycol) is reduced, which can save about 20% of energy consumption.
Working process and principle of milk quick cooling system
1. The fresh milk from the milking machine or the milk pasteurizer is pumped into the buffer tank by the milk pump through the milk collecting tank. The liquid level sensor is set in the buffer tank, and the sensed data is transmitted to the central processor of the electric control box. After calculation, it is sent to the controller, which outputs a signal to control the start and stop of the milk pump.
2. The milk pump delivers the milk from the buffer tank to the tubular heat exchanger for heat exchange with the refrigerant. The tubular heat exchanger is divided into two stages. The first stage cools the milk from 35 ℃ to about 20 ℃ through the groundwater, and the second stage uses the refrigerant to directly exchange heat with the milk, from about 20 ℃ to below 4 ℃.
3. The milk temperature is measured by the temperature sensor on the system pipeline, and sent to the frequency converter controller of the delivery pump after the calculation of the intelligent analysis system. The frequency converter controller adjusts the speed of the delivery pump by changing the power frequency to control the flow of milk, so as to ensure that the milk temperature is always within the range of cooling requirements.
4. The cooled milk can be directly delivered to the milk storage tank.
