20L / h-500l / h Yogurt Production line
The pilot production line of 20L / h-500l / h milk beverage can produce fresh milk, yoghurt (stirred yoghurt, fermented yoghurt, etc.), milk powder and other products.
Product characteristics
1. Multi purpose: the system completely simulates industrial production and is the reproduction of industrial production line. It can be used not only for teaching demonstration of all production processes, but also for research of process formula, taste screening, application of additives and sample making.
2. System integrity: for fresh milk, yoghurt, milk powder and other products, from receiving milk, net milk, standardization, sugar dissolving, blending, filtration, homogenization, sterilization, fermentation, filling, to the final product packaging complete production line system. For cheese products, the complete production process includes receiving milk, purifying milk, sterilization, cooling, adding starter, ripening, adding coagulase, standing curd, cutting, discharging whey, stacking, smashing and adding salt, hot stretching, forming, cooling and packaging.
3. Independence of key equipment: considering the research of process, some equipment can be used in the system or independently without auxiliary facilities. And as independent as possible in energy supply to save energy.
4. Low production design (minimum 20L / h) saves the one-time input of raw materials and facilitates the preparation of materials in the test process. It is especially suitable for University customer groups and enterprise R & D departments to do product process research and also for long-term mass production.
5. Considering the characteristics of the system, the geographical location of the laboratory and the limited energy supply, the energy consumption design of the system is more reasonable and convenient.
6. The pipeline shall be arranged in order to give full consideration to the needs of demonstration to the visitors, and each operating system unit shall be able to form a system by itself.
