Laboratorial ultra-high temperature sterilizer
Laboratorial ultra-high temperature sterilizer (UHT) is a tubular sterilizer specially designed for laboratories of universities, scientific research units and R & D centers of production units to obtain test data. It integrates preheating, sterilization, cooling and filling, fully simulates the actual production situation of the production workshop and truly reflects the production data in the laboratory. Online homogenization and aseptic filling are optional.

Super clean filling chamber the filling chamber of this system is installed behind the UHT sterilizer for filling of sterilized materials, which is an independent working unit. The system is equipped with jacketed buffer tank, ozone generator, solenoid valve, single end filling valve and so on, which makes the filling process easy to operate. The continuous filling can be realized only by foot switch and hand-held packing material. The built-in single head rotating cover device is optional, which is used for mass production of samples.
