How to make pasteurization milk with pasteurizer

1. Use the advanced water of milk pasteurization equipment for the first time, open the cold water inlet valve, and close the other valves. After the overflow, close the cold water inlet valve, small fresh milk processing equipment to open the hot water inlet valve, after the overflow, close the water inlet switch, pasteurized milk sterilization mechanism to close the hot water inlet valve.
2. Open the electric heating of the milk pasteurization equipment, open the refrigeration compressor, hot water outlet and hot water return valves. Cold water outlet and cold water return valves of milk bar pasteurization machine are temporarily closed.
3. When the water temperature of the bus sterilization equipment rises to 95℃, turn off the electric heating, keep the hot water outlet valve and hot water return valve open, turn on the circulating water pump of the Pasteurized milk sterilizer, and pour the milk. The water level in the hot water tank should not be lower than the lowest level level. If it is lower than the lowest level, fill water to the lowest level level.
4. Test the milk temperature by thermometer. Turn on the agitator for the milk pasteurization equipment for 30 seconds every 36s below 50℃, and 60 seconds every 40 seconds above 50℃. Small fresh milk processing equipment at the same time to detect the cold water tank temperature is not less than 2℃, pasteurized milk sterilization machine if lower than 2℃ to close the refrigeration compressor.
5, after the milk temperature rises to 85℃ (in the process of milk heating, if the water temperature is lower than 90℃, continue to turn on the electric heating to 95℃ and turn off) keep 15-30s. At the same time, turn off the hot water outlet and hot water back to prevent further heating of milk, and turn off the electric heating.
6. Open tap water inlet valve and backwater valve for bus sterilization equipment, and close tap water valve after 2 minutes. Open cold water outlet and backwater valve for small fresh milk processing equipment. The temperature of milk is detected by the thermometer, and the stirrer is switched on 60s every 36s below 50℃, and the stirrer is switched on 30s every 40s above 50℃.
7. Check the temperature from the thermometer to 4-6℃, and close the cold water outlet and cold water return valves of the bus sterilization equipment. To set the temperature after entering the cold storage process, small fresh milk processing equipment sterilization process is completed, can be milk valve for consumers. Cold storage process temperature shall not be higher than 6℃, pasteurized milk sterilization machine every 20 minutes stirring time 60 seconds.
