3, long-term seed cold storage: used to store seeds for a long time, can keep the life of seeds in 30 ~ 50 years, or longer. According to the international long-term seed reference temperature is -18℃ or lower, the seed water content is 5±1%; Therefore, the relative temperature of long-term seed cold storage is controlled at -10℃ ~ -20℃, and the relative temperature is not more than 60%. The seed packaging used for long-term storage is the same as for medium-term storage and must be airtight.
