UHT beer sterilizer is a kind of sterilizer, which is a new sterilization equipment in recent years. It is widely used in food and pharmaceutical industry. It equipped with touch screen and PLC program control, which can dynamically reflect the temperature, flow and other parameters of the product. It is easy to operate and flexible. It has CIP cleaning function, high temperature alarm and low temperature reflux (automatic).
The sterilization temperature of UHT sterilizer is pasteurization and high temperature sterilization, and can be adjusted according to the actual needs. The equipment adopts real-time PID constant temperature control technology, which makes the temperature control in the whole temperature zone accurate, the sterilization display temperature control precision is ± 0.5 ℃, and the outlet temperature is adjustable. The frame of the whole machine is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, and the pipe fittings in contact with materials are made of SUS316 stainless steel.
UHT sterilizer is mainly used for homogenizing milk, fruit juice, condiments, additives, tea drinks, beer and other similar thermosensitive liquids, pasteurizing, high temperature sterilization, ultra high temperature sterilization and other processes.
