Working process of the equipment:
1. Heat the water in the hot water tank to 95 ℃, use the hot water to heat the milk in milk tank 1 for sterilization, and after killing the bacteria, the hot water in milk tank NO.1 circulates back to the hot water tank.
2. The cold water in the cold water tank driven by the compressor is used to cool the milk in milk tank 1, and the 95 degree hot water in the hot water tank is used to heat the milk in milk tank 2 for sterilization.
3. The milk in milk tank 1 after cooling is injected into the cold water tank for cooling and refrigeration (above 0 celsius and below 4 celsius). At the same time, the cold water in the cold water tank is used to cool the milk in milk tank NO.2.
